HOTEL INFORMATION

Reminder: When making your reservation, be sure to provide the hotel with the name that the blocked rooms are listed under to ensure you receive the correct rate. 

Day 1: Holiday Inn Express, 6701 Hollywood Road, Amarillo.  Arrive 9/21/25.  Depart 9/22/25.  Please call (806)352-1900, or click HERE to make a reservation.  Blocked rooms are under "CT Harley Owners Group."  Block expires 8/31/25.  Rate is $109 +tax for a single king or double queen room.

Day 2: Pagosa Lodge, 3505 West Hwy. 160, Pagosa Springs, CO.  Arrive 9/22/25.  Depart 9/23/25.  Please call (970)731-4141 to make a reservation.  Blocked rooms are under "CTHOG." Block expires 8/27/25.  Rate is $150 +tax for a single king or double queen room.

Days 3 - 5: Quality Suites, 800 South Main St, Moab, UT.  Arrive 9/23/25.  Depart 9/26/25.  To make a reservation, please call (435)259-5252 between 7am & 3pm, and ask for Zach.  Blocked rooms are under "CTHOG."  Block expires 8/23/25.  Rate is $267 +tax for a single king or double queen room.  (Alternate hotels:  La Quinta Inn Moab, 815 South Main St, (435)259-8700.    Moab Valley Inn, 711 South Main St., (800)831-6622.  Note: there is not a  reserved block of rooms at the alternate hotels. The alternate hotels are beside or across the street from Quality Suites.)

Day 6: Fairfield Inn & Suites Grand Junction, 225 Main St, Grand Junction, CO.  Arrive 9/26/2025.   Depart 9/27/2025.   Please call (970)242-2525, or click HERE to make a reservation.  Blocked rooms are under "CT HOG."    Block expires 8/26/25.   Rate is $209 +tax for a single king or double queen room.

Day 7: Pagosa Lodge, 3505 West Hwy. 160, Pagosa Springs, CO.   Arrive 9/27/25.   Depart 9/28/25.   Please call (970)731-4141 to make a reservation.   Blocked rooms are under "CTHOG."   Block expires 8/27/25.   Rate is $150 +tax for a single king or double queen room.

Day 8: Holiday Inn Express Brownfield, 410 Lubbock Road, Brownfield, TX.   Arrive 9/28/25.   Depart 9/29/2025.   Please call (806)637-9000 to make a reservation.   Blocked rooms are under "CTHOG."   Block expires 9/14/2025.   Rate is $119 +tax for a single king or a double queen room.

Overnight Event: These events have a duration of 1+ nights. Beyond that they are considered Closed Events. Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member. All guests must sign an event release. Be aware, all rides and events are subject to change or cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
