How many times have we passed the Schwertner Ranch headed North out of Schwertner, TX?  Well HOGS, this time we're stopping in at the invitation of Jim Schwertner, 5 generation family rancher.  We'll taxi in via the ranch entrance as QUIETLY as we can so as not to spook the cattle in the shaded pens as we are welcomed and receive a tour of ranch operations. Then, we'll roll on up to Salado for lunch @ Johnnie's Steaks and BBQ.  Please show up NLT 8:30 am for KSU promptly @ 9:00 am for this 95 mile Level 2 riding event.  Anticipate KSD around 2:15 pm at the strip mall on RR and Journey Way.
