Every year about this time we head off northbound for the Loco Coyote Grill, up by Glen Rose, Tx. Not sure why this has become a pre-Thanksgiving tradition. Perhaps because its a looong ride of about 280 miles and we don't want to do it in the heat? We'll head out from the HEB at 8 am, and hope to arrive Loco Coyote between 11 and 11:30 to avoid some of the crowds. If its a nice day expect a lot of motorcycle traffic here. We should get back to the HEB by about 3:30 pm, stuffed and ready for a nap and a football game.
They've got great BBQ and Burgers, and if you're really feel adventurous you might try a Howling Coyote - although I wouldn't recommend it before a long ride home. Anyway, hoping you'll come out and join us. Good riding, good friends, and good food - Let's go!
