The first day of Highway 16 overnight will depart HEB at 09:00 hours, so please arrive at 8:30am.  We will take an indirect route with a gas stop in Johnson City, then to Black Cannon Brewing in Blanco, where we will stop for lunch. From there we head south through Kendelia, to Helotes where we will check in at Holiday Inn Express.  140 miles
