Event date:
Tue, 10/01/2024 - 9:00am to 2:30pm

Today provides us an opportunity to wander about the Ozarks on a Scenic Loop ride. One of the main highlights of the day is the Arkansas Grand Canyon. Vance Randolph once said about the Ozarks, “It’s not that the mountains are so high but that the valleys are so deep,” and that eloquently describes the huge valley southeast of Jasper running alongside AR 7, dubbed the “Arkansas Grand Canyon.” Ride distance is 158 miles, with an estimated return to Eureka Springs about 2:30 pm. This provides ample time to explore other area attractions like the Glass Church or the Christ of the Ozarks, or maybe just relax for a minute after three long ride days.
